TP image.DSC_0473.smallTerry’s visual arts centre saw the light of day on Saturday when it was officially opened in Carlow, near Dublin. It is an immense achievement from one of Britains best architects at this type of building. The man himself is so modest.

It has at its centre the largest space for displaying contemporary art in Ireland. Incidentally when Kent SMS visited the site in November last year it was pouring with rain but just outside there was a woman on her hands & knees planting up the adjacent water garden. Surely no man would have done this, they would have retired to their vehicle to sip tea or even something stronger from their vacuum flask.  www.terrypawson.com
